- Items that have been used or where the original tags have been removed will not be exchanged.
- Items that are personalized, customized, or final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

- Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if available) and include the original packing slip or order confirmation email.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a credit note for our website.
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange.
- Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item to you. Any price difference and shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
